WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to provide a full one-year warranty on every watch we sell, starting at date of invoice, unless it is otherwise indicated in the product listing or invoice.
Our warranty simply states that if for whatever reason your timepiece malfunctions within the first year of purchase, we will repair the deficiency at no cost to you. As always you can rest assured that all of the work will be done to factory standards by our own watchmakers, and only genuine parts will be used.
All of our warranty repairs for your timepiece are handled through our Key Largo office. If you find yourself needing this service, please contact us at 305-731-3077 prior to sending your watch for repair, so that we can expect the arrival of your timepiece.
Our warranty policy is made null and void by damage resulting from misuse and abuse (such as denting, crushing or knocking), or by tampering by unauthorized technicians. Our warranty does not cover repairs to bands, batteries, cracked or broken crystals, or water damage. The warranty policy is offered only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Please be advised that vintage and pocket watches fall outside our warranty coverage.
Your 100% satisfaction with our products is our primary concern. If you are anything less than completely thrilled with your purchase from us, it may be returned within three (3) days of receipt. Please keep in mind that in order to return a timepiece this piece must be in the same condition sold with all boxes, papers, books and accessories, Please contact us at 305-731-3077 any time if you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy. Prior to returning a purchased item, please call our office to notify us so that we may provide directions to return the item to us securely. Shipping to return a product purchased from us, and insurance coverage for the full purchase price, are at a cost to you. Refund of the purchase price will occur once the returned item has been received in the same condition in which it was sold. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost during shipping.
Our return policy is not applicable to special orders, custom work, new in box (NIB), or unused watches.
