In-Stock Items: We aim to ship in stock items within two (2) business days.
Out of stock items or made to order items: Items may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery. We will email you with an estimated delivery within 24 hours after an item has been purchased and tracking information when your order has been sent.
Custom Designs: We specialize in custom design and expert craftsmanship. If you wish to have an item made by our jewelers we will contact you with an estimate and delivery time.

Angel Timepieces is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.
Angel Timepieces is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

We offer complimentary ring sizing or repairs with 7 business days of the original purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for repair requests and instructions.
If a ring is purchased but the size requested is not in stock, the customer may choose to size the stock sized by our expert jewelers in house. Customers will be notified with this option upon purchase.
